Or it is actually correct, but not in the best of ways.

the 'training' seems to create an error of aristocracy that also is in that statement.

Really the brightest minds don't come from training, nor is the selection process of schools about finding the brightest minds to train, from my observation of the end product of many colleges.

However I think singer of Led Zeppelin went to that school.

Most of their country faces the awful restriction of what is left in educational opportunity for the non-aristocracy set.

I've had family move away from the UK because of the stifling process of education. Maybe the brightest minds don't come so much from education, but from learning to break away from the not so bright schools.
