Repeated genuflecting (bending at the knee or touch one knee to the floor in reverence or worship) would be similar to motions experienced in dancing, but as it could not be called 'dancing', I would gather there would be no arrests, despite the similar nature of the motions involved.

Then, have half the people doing some subtle dance swaying, and a group of religious leaders praying, and see if they both get arrested, or not.

I'd like to see the results of that protest... stopping people from their Constitutional right to religious expression and prayer, in a public place vs. other silent body motions?

Then again, there's always a kiss-in, which could be interesting - if you have no right to kiss in public.

Too bad the cops' higher-ups don't have any more sense. I blame the Court of Appeals for sustaining the "legality" of an arrest for dancing at the Memorial in the first place. Some judges have their heads up their ass.
