Think about the implications of this: We're now building infrastructure in China, not in America where it could produce thousands of jobs.

Also, please take note of the comments about China being the world's largest steel producer.

How did we let this happen? I don't begrudge China its success; but, what happened to us?

7. Allow me to explain the world -
We have rules in place that prevent dumping low cost goods, anti-dumping laws protected and enforced by the WTO, we have environmental standards, and we have IPO, all of which are enforced in order to protect the profits associated with American goods no matter where they are manufactured.
There are literally hundreds of laws in place set up specifically to protect profits - thousands.

The could be one more thing which is added to this list, anti labor dumping laws. Anti slaver laws and minimum wage laws. If we simply set this up then we would be on a level playing field. This is the only thing which is not regulated. Because if it was regulated we are living in a communist society. Thats all there is too this people, providing a minimum wage, legislating for the worker, is communism at its very core.

Thats what communism is - collectively bargaining for the only capital the worker has - his labor.

If this were enforced then America would be able to compete. However your wages will instead be driven down to a single world wage - about $9.00, horrific.

4. Made in China
As long as we continue to cut taxes and continue to allow
write offs, we will never have the money to build in America
and reap the economic stimulus and techno and engineering
growth needed in a competitive world.

5. Washington D.C. needs to replace commuter rail cars.. guess what?
Edited on Mon Jul-11-11 02:35 PM by lib2DaBone
.. they are having them built by Kawasaki in Japan.

Is there no place in the U.S. that could build rail cars?

Not even in our capital, Washington D.C., do they even try to create American jobs.

All politicians are shameless liars, thieves and scam artists, bought and sold by Timmy Geithner and the Rothchild bankers.

6. Yup. and when they build shitty cars, Americans will buy them.
I will make sure if the occasion arrives during the rest of my life NOT to drive over that bridge.

8. Its going to be a little difficult
Edited on Mon Jul-11-11 07:03 PM by AsahinaKimi
for most in the Bay Area to boycott this bridge. To drive the long way around it will cost more in gas, in a time where gas prices are on the rise. The Bay Area never had a say in this.. however we are stuck with it. Most people will be concerned with getting to work, than boycotting this bridge. Its that or find another job outside of the city of San Francisco, in a time when finding jobs are scarce as well.
