Air Force Confirms Nuclear Warheads Flown Across U.S.

Does it bother anyone else that this 'error in procedure'
happened as such that the nukes went from mid United States to
Louisiana which last time I checked hosts one of the largest
seaports in the country.  

I firmly believe that we were lied to on 9|11 and that
elements in our government are more or less responsible for
every major attack on this country since their involvement in
Pearl Harbor.

So my thought is this, what do the actual personnel involved
in this say about it.  Do they feel like scapegoats?
I'm not an expert in flight arming/disarming procedure, but is
it even possible with the series of checkoffs and requirements
to accidentally do something like this.  The word is they
followed their "own" procedure, but roughly 65
people are involved, what is the probability that they all
fouled up?

I would love to hear from somebody who has experience in this.
