Open the books - every other issue becomes effected by the secrecy of closed government and privilege.

Open the books - the people can feel like CITIZENS sharing in their nation's destiny instead of as subjects to be used, ignored, manipulated and misled.

This secrecy is the most telling signal we've been given.
