So what, multiply by that figure by 5 and you have about 30,000 veteran suicides since the Iraq war started in 2002?

Good God almighty.

to young men and women. programming them into unfeeling, ruthless killing machines who not only kill, but kill for the joy of it. some would call it psychological brainwashing. I call it a mass psychosis.

by the end of their service and experience in the US military, many of them don't feel like a human being anymore. they often find it impossible to adapt to normal civilian life. many of these methods are similar, probably modeled on Nazi training techniques. brainwashing and dehumanization of the US soldier has become a science. the extent of this process has become so thorough that their humanity have literally been erased--often for good. is it any wonder so many of them end up taking their own lives?
