3. Ahh Rick Mercer

"Talking to Americans". I just love this guy's act, he gets some fantastic lines. I don't know how many people he has to talk to but once he had Harvard Law Students signing up to ban the Great Canadian Minnesota Rhinoceros Hunt or something like that.
