John Edwards is holding a contest for supporters to create their own 30 second TV ad. It's called My Vote, My Voice. The winner's ad concept will be aired on TV, and the winner will travel to meet John Edwards. Here's my entry. If you want to enter too, hurry! The deadline is January 16th.

Right to the point.

I like your commercial!

But it DOES seem that OTHERS.... that John Edwards want to STOP hurting this country WILL DO everything THEY can to STOP him!!

I'm ashamed of this country for allowing BIG BUSINESS et al to continue as it has for so long now! But it seems as we head toward yet ANOTHER election, the VOICE of the people most in need WILL be silenced!

Too few people feel the Democrats will be the ones who will lead our country back toward what it once was, TOO few people just hear the "noise" of MSM and TOO FEW people will follow THAT NOISE! From what I've seen lately, and what I hear from more and more politicians these days, ESPECIALLY MANY Democrats... they don't want much to change! It was said quite some time ago... John Edwards is hated by D.C. Elites and I'm seeing how so many of them are falling in line behind the DLC!!

It's really such a shame, but at least I KNOW I "tried" to get the message out! What I'm seeing is that even those politicians I thought were more to the left have caved to the DLC because it's there they think they will fare better when running for election OR re-election!

Am I mad?? You bet your sweet ASS I am, I once felt that Democrats were more diverse and open minded!! SILLY ME!! The BIG TENT has collapsed!

Now let the nasty remarks begin!! I don't care, I'm not going to get down and dirty with ANYONE! You can believe what you will... but to me there seems to be a good possibility that "we the people" won't come out on top! Well some of them will, the same ones who are now for instance!

Big business will keep controlling our government until we the people take their power away from them. I agree Edwards is up against great odds, but his message is starting to get through to the general public. I'm with him all the way. And I won't stop (and neither will Edwards) until we get our country back!

to let the "wayward" know! I agree his message is out there, I agree he's getting "some" traction, however it's just not enough and the POWER is not with "we the people" these days! The POWER is the money rolling in for so many others!

It's REVOLUTION TIME... well past REVOLUTION TIME, but I fear that IS what will be needed! I would like to suggest that those of us who truly AND LOYALLY support John Edwards to find some way to come together and make some REALLY big noise! Like getting together in D.C. or even some other place to show "THEM" that we won't take this without a FIGHT! Many in D.C. DON'T want us around and we should show them by STRENGTH in BIG NUMBERS!

How we get this done is something I don't know... Maybe we could find someone at Daily Kos to help, but I sincerely believe it MUST be done, and SOON! Right now we're getting rolled like the Pillsbury Dough Boy and they know it!

I will stay and fight for Edwards, and I will continue to the day of the GE, even if he's not the nominee! I'm sure most here know that much about me!

Getting dollars from lawyers is not a bad thing. That is all the lowly people have left to protect them, attorneys. Not all attys. are corp. types. I think it is terrific that he laid some of the big boys in the dirt in the cases where he represented the consumer. He has shown sincerity with his issue of the people. No doubt he will respect the Constitution, women's rights, Geneva Convention, etc. Biden was my hope but now that he is out of the running my sights are set on Edwards. I feel that my choice for a candidate is the kiss of death tho.....once was a Howard Dean fan. Oh well, can't help myself.

That's because the media tries to kill all the good candidates, and you are smart. We'll get this one in the White House if we fight for him.

The more the merrier! If you go look at the page for the contest, you'll see what some other people have done, although the campaign hasn't yet added some of the more recent entries. Some of them are really good. I don't know how they will choose!

....when I agree, John Edwards is the best for this country. The other two could serve as a VP, but I'd really prefer someone else who is NOT a senator in the Democratic Majority. Let Barack and Hillary PROVE THEMSELVES in the Senate. Richardson, a GREAT Secretary of State.

Get this country back on the road to being a proud America. If it took Jesus Christ to chase the merchants out of the church, maybe it's going to take John Edwards to chase the lobbyists and corporations out of Washington. Then, and only then will I be able to swear, "God bless America". Right now, we aren't worthy of anything. Just another corrupt government.
