4. You tell me that's not a message that America doesn't need to hear?
Fact is, people know this is true, but the media and our other two candidates really don't want to go here! It's not pleasant to face hard truths.

10. totally speaking from the heart
and yes, it shows, I agree. I've heard most of what he said, several times, but most people there and watching have not. Most people don't listen to political stuff. He's got to keep this message out there, of elimating poverty, of helping the working class, of getting health care for all people, of ending the war. Stranger things have happened, ya know, he can do this still!

11. John Edwards reminds us that we have to make the change.
Change does not just happen by itself. Let me correct myself. Change will always happen. But change alone is not enough. Things can change and get worse. We have to work to make sure that when change happens, it changes our country in the right way. I don't want the country to change the way it has under GWB. That's not the kind of change I want. I want the changes Edwards is proposing.

12. I don't understand this strategy
of his being Obama's cheerleader. His seeming to side with Obama against Hillary lessened what was otherwise an inspiring night for Edwards in the NH debate. Although Hillary clearly is my choice, I like all three candidates. Each should articulate his/her own positions. John Edwards is a strong candidate, and he should not lessen his own appeal by having one foot on the bandwagon of another.

13. Why cant John Edwards get a fair break
I personally feel this is without a doubt the best candidate
for President we have had in a long time. The reason he cant
get the tv support or recognition is simple, he stands against
big business and they will not allow him to put his message
out there. Makes you wonder who the other two leading
candidates are getting their support from.
I will not vote Republican for President, they have had 8
years to mess everything up, but if anyone but Edwards gets
the Democratic endorsement, i will be the guy who went to the
steak house to eat a 20 oz Porter House and had to settle for
grilled chicken.
