Reno Gazette-Journal Interview

Obama has an excellent 49 minute interview in the Reno Gazette-Journal, available on line here:

Sandy first told me about it and once I got on line I found that many liberal sites were discussing it--often unfavorably. Obama has favorable comments about Ronald Reagan, but only from the perspective of how he was able to transform the country as president. Simply saying anything good about Reagan was enough to make some upset, but this is an excellent idea for someone in an interview in a red state, and for a candidate trying to build a new Democratic majority. What many leave out is that he had similar comments about John Kennedy.
