Is it smart for Obama to concede Puerto Rico to Hillary?

Apparently Hill will spend 3 days in Puerto Rico. I know, I know it has no electoral votes in November, but Hill is going to try and make a case for the popular vote. She got a 250,000 vote margin out of KY while he got a little more than 100,000 vote margin out of Oregon, so she is gaining ground there. In some ways I think it is a mistake to have conceded WVA, KY and presumably PR to Hillary. He would have lost WVA and KY, but he may have gained some ground. PR will not matter in November but it will have a lot of votes in the upcoming primary. I happen to think if he truly competed in PR he could win it and that would hurt Hillary because it's presumed she will win. It's really her last big shot at a victory, now, imo. I guess I just hate the idea of her winning another 60% plus primary.

and shut her up. As for the fall, I don't see another lack of a mandate coming. I could be wrong but it should be a forceful turnout for Dems.

there are many puerto ricans here with strong ties there. there are puerto ricans of color who may identify with obama. he should concede nothing to her. plus he could use a relaxing day on the beach with his family.

It looks dismissive and as though he doesn't care about them.
