1. That comes on the back of low DNC funds
There is a good explanation for this: Howard Dean has energized a 50-state strategy that has put staff and resources in each state which has resulted in +3 in Congress. In addition, the machine that the Obama campaign has left behind from the primaries doesn't need to be refunded. The Republicans haven't done this and will find themselves in HRC's circumstances in the fall. They are very much behind the game at this point and will have to expend money on an emergency basis to catch up.

2. Thanks KSinTX for the info.I needed to hear this because...
there were some reports that Mcshames campaign is in disarray and as you said they seem to be way behind Obama and the DNC when it comes to organization and so on....
