Freeper advises Cheneys how to deal with lesbian parents: SUE FOR CUSTODY

I have no suggestions on what the Cheneys should do in this situation, but I can tell you what I did.

I have a gay daughter and have been loving and accepting of her and her partner, :eyes: but not of their lifestyle. We have made clear our opinions, but my wife and I do not make life uncomfortable for them because of our opinions.

When they announced that they were going to try and get pregnant, we sat them down and explained our position. We explained why we believed that children should have a mother and a father Note: and yet, their child was born gay. and told them that, should they go though with this, we would sue for custody of our grandchild. We assured them that living in the South that we had a better than even chance of winning.

Though they were not happy with our decision, they still visited and were welcomed and we have always been welcomed at their home. They thought of moving elsewhere but didn't like any of the places with more liberal laws. (A lesson in how liberalism ruins a place) It has now been eight years and still no babies.

Mary Cheney and spouse are betting that the Cheney power, influence, and money will protect them from activist judges like that -- and I am sure they are right. But what a creepy, inauthentic way to live -- under that corrupt umbrella.

and if hes not making shit up you can see his psychopathic tendencies come through as he doesn't even see or recognize the pain he is causing his daughter by not accepting her,nope every thing is fine and dandy for mister republican his self serving intolerance is apparently words of wisdom his family cherishes.:eyes:

custody! I have a grand child, 1 year old, born outside of a marriage, who was just taken out-of-state by her mother. She will be raised in an extremely poor environment. Mother does not work and is living with her boyfriend (faking SSI payments) in a two bedroom apartment with his mother and her boyfriend. My son has filed for full custody and has been told that his chances are '0', but he might be able to get joint custody. My son has been continuously employed for the last 17 years and makes about the average American salary ... $38K a year. He rents a house a few blocks from me. I make well over the national average and have also given financial support for the child, but the lawyers say I have no claim on the child at all and no rights to even see her.

He doesn't care if his daughter's a lesbian. It's just that he knows what complete bigots you are so so if he wants your vote he's got to put on the anti-gay act for you.

And it worked, eh?
