Fox
If Fox TV is a cable channel, and I don't have cable (just an old antennae on my roof)....how come I receive FOX on my TV? It must be broadcasting over the airwaves.

So, if Fox is broadcasting (even though it's considered a 'cable channel), shouldn't it be regulated under FCC Rules?

2. FOX has different channels
FOXNEWS is nothing but "news" and pundits discussing news and other topics.

FOX plays entertainment shows like the Simpsons and 24.

3. So the Fox network programming portion of it ~ b/c it is broadcast ~
must fall under FCC regulations then, correct?

(don't mean to put anyone on the spot, just trying to understand how this all works).
