3. House arrest, ankle bracelet (diamond?), medical condition?
I have a relative with a severe medical condition who had trouble getting her meds in jail. She could have had seizures and a stroke. But she is overweight, plain, and poor. No dice. No ankle bracelet for her!

Example of the two Americas?

6. Maybe her monthly?
And she gets to roam 3,000 to 4,000 feet outside (that is my entire property plus some).

Also can see her friends and family at all times.

I will bet Paris' laundry room is nicer than my entire house.

Paris Released from Jail

PARIS HILTON was released from jail shortly after midnight on Thursday after serving less than four days behind bars due to "medical issues," according to STEVE WHITMORE, a spokesman for the L.A. County Sheriff's Office. While Whitmore would not elaborate, "The Insider" has learned from family sources that her release was because of a rash.

People magazine reported Wednesday that Paris wasn't doing very well -- according to the mag, the heiress was crying all day and night, hadn't been sleeping and her face was scrubbed free of makeup and her hair appeared unwashed.

I'm sure this happens all the time, prisoners being sent home because of a staph infection in the jail.

25. This is plain and simple BS. Rich and did not like jail so she gets to
cry and go home.

What about Dr. K, he had a severe medical condition and spent his time in prison for assisting in sucicide for those in extreme pain.

Rich don't serve jail time.
Lexus lanes.

27. She was refusing to eat the food served to her in jail, and because she
has no body mass, they felt like she would dehydrate and starve in a matter of days.

This is such bullshit. She just didn't want to eat the food. No doubt she was advised to do this, knowing they'd let her out of jail.

In no time, she'll be back out partying and drinking and using drugs.

She's trash. No amount of money can erase that fact.

weed out the rich little princesses who have no personal resourcefulness, character, stamina, etc.

Her parents didn't do her any favors by raising her to be a weakling.

40. Staying home IS heaven!
I am retired and love to stay at home! Keep my own hours! Pad around and do what I want when I want.

Today I am going with my neighbor to get fishing supplies. Trout, steelhead, and salmon right outside the door!

Don't like fishing, take a rafting trip.

Woe, woe, woe!

42. I used to work with a woman whose favorite
saying was "There is no justice." This is another example. Poor little rich girl cries her way out of jail.

I would imagine that another woman in a similar situation who turned on the tears would be told to cut it out and suck it up.

I showed up at jury duty the other day and ended up briefly in a courtroom where the judge was questioning prospective jurors about serving on a month-long murder trail. The defendant was a young Hispanic kid who looked to be all of 19. The jury pool was a bunch of middle aged white people - in a very conservative county. Whether or not that kid can get a fair trial is, in my mind, debatable as there's no way his fate will be decided by a "jury of his peers" as the law requires. There's a lot that's unfair and inequitable about our court system.
