Here we go with another thunderstorm watch.
We used to get one or two in August, now it's getting to almost a daily event in June in Upstate New York!

I think this string of storms runs from Michigan's U.P. down to Arkansas, so a lot of us can enjoy this!

1. In Texas too
I had to leave and do some errands this morning. We had some serious looking wall clouds so I woke up my daughter and told her go sleep somewhere away from windows.
She didn't even argue with me.

4. Overlay two of the maps from that page....

Looks like a large portion of the drought stricken areas in the east are going to get a good soaking,

5. All I know is that I've been raising baby chicks into chickens for years,
and all I ever had to do was gradually raise the heat lamp to drop the temperature in their cage week by week. Un the last two weeks, I've had to go from one heat lamp to two to one to none to two again, back to one and back to none. Our temperatures have swung from about 40 to 90 back and forth over the last two weeks as different fronts have gone over.
