The above photo, an iconic image that shows Vietnamese children fleeing a napalm attack in 1972, drew international renown for Nick Ut of the Associated Press.
Today, his latest work adorns the front page of USATODAY.com. Like many of his fellow photographers in Los Angeles, Ut appears to have spent the day sitting in West Hollywood hoping for a glimpse of celebutante Paris Hilton as she was being driven back to the courthouse for a hearing about whether she should have been released from jail after serving only three days of a 23 day sentence.
Below is a photo Ut shot today that shows Hilton, surrounded by journalists and paparazzi, in the back seat of a patrol car.
