LEAHY Demands DOJ Investigation Of Judge Who Lied To Congress Re: Detainee Policy
Leahy demands DoJ investigation of Kavanaugh.

Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) wrote a letter to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales today asking for an investigation concerning the apparently false testimony to Congress by Judge Brett Kavanaugh, a former White House lawyer, about his role in forming the Bush administration’s detainee policy. At his confirmation hearing last year, Kavanaugh claimed he was “not aware” of the administration’s legal arguments, but a recent Washington Post article revealed he was involved in the internal debates.

1. In the words of E. Clampus Vitus, Hang the bastard!
I can't say that I am entirely dissatisfied with China"s policy of sentencing corporate criminals like the ones who put shit in pet food, to death. That would certainly change our current system of fining our corporations less than the profit made by their malfeasance. Be kinda fun to witness some executions too. Especially of corporate criminals.

3. Kick for important story lost in the flood around here
This is clearly an impeachable offense by a bushco appointee (and general GOP hack) to the second highest court in the nation. Make some noise about it and get his ass tossed off the bench and into prison

From AMERICAblog.com:

But Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) ought to initiate impeachment. Steven Griles was sentenced to 10 months in prison yesterday for lying to Congress - it's a crime. Brett Kavanaugh should be his cellmate, not a judge on the 2nd most powerful court in America.

Brett Kavanaugh is the guy who pretty much wrote the Starr Report which resulted in Bill Clinton getting impeached in the House for lying on a deposition for a case that was dismissed for lack of merit. He is a political animal who was rewarded with a very powerful appointment.

Nail his hide to the shed.
