3. I agree with Spain mostly.

I'm not keen on either Bush or Putin. But Bush is by far worse from a global perspective. And at least Putin is somewhat pulling his country out of the collapse and degradation of the last 15 years. As far as views of US globally, Turkey is probably close to the mark.
