Since Constitutional showdown seems to be on the bill this week anyway, why not double down
and throw impeachment into the works? I mean heck! They don't want to comply with the lawful subpoenas of the Congress anyway, so why not introduce 3 bills simultaneously: for Gonzales, Cheney and Bush?

2. IMPEACH!!!!!
Go for it. They're telling Congress to go fuck themselves.

We have a duty and a right to documents and witnesses. If this isn't enough, why bother even going through the motions.

WE ARE IN A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS NOW!!!!!

The world can't wait another 18 months.

4. Double Down! I like that,
What is that saying about it is better to try and fail than to never try? Something as important as stopping george from any further disasters is worth a try. Our representatives seem to meekly complain about this admin. stomping on the Constitution and ignoring Congress. The public is not impressed. Apparently they want action. Yes, we don't have a real majority in the Senate yet. By the House having impeachment hearings it will show the country and the world that most Americans are very much against what this administration is doing.

McGovern and Mondale were good, smart Dem. candidates and yet got overtaken by the repubs. They were not taken seriously. We have some very smart, well spoken Dems in Congress that are lawyers. They know what needs to be done.
