I believe he said he didn't care about it being under oath because there are laws against an official lieing to Congress anyway. I can agree with that myself to be honest with you. An oath isn't necessary to lock up someone who lies to Congress. He did say that a transcript was absolutly necessary though. I agree with that too. He did say he would agree to closed door meetings - and that is unaccceptable.

101. IF THOSE EMAILS ON THE RNC SERVER WERE SENT DURING
OFFICE HOURS --THAT'S ILLEGAL (from what i understand) because they were being sent while we were paying these assholes! why doesn't anyone bring that up??
