The executive privilege why do we have it?
worse than Nixon, Bush and Cheney cover up their administration's wrong doings, stopping their people testifying, giving get out of jail free cards, stonewalling investigations etc.

Why does a constitution allow a mechanism for producing tyranny?

3. perhaps we should remove the executive branch altogether
