1. Could someone explain this cartoon to me?
If that cartoon has any meaning it excapes me. Who are the persons depicted and what is the issue at hand? Nothing I see gives me so much as a hint.

2. They are:
Small person, bottom left: David Milliband, new British foreign secretary - he said his quote in an interview on Sunday;

Large person: Gordon Brown, new PM;

and what I suppose it meant to be a 'Bush suit' - which Brown is expected to put on, so that he looks just like Bush and says the same things.

Not a great cartoon, I think. :shrug:
