Can't you just see Cheney wheeling off in a car with his abomination of a sex toy (Bush?), and Plame getting cut down from behind? After all the ins and outs of the massive conspiracy that got bigger and more grotesque with each revelation.
Forget it, Fitz. It's D.C.

There really is a strong case that a civil suit is not the proper venue for investigating and punishing the wrongs committed in this case. The wrongs are properly seen as wrongs to the country, not something that a government servant should be suing her own government for. Of course, she shouldn't HAVE to sue her own government or officials thereof.
Unfortunately that just returns us to the issue of Congress.
