Could y'all spell out more things?

The use of initials for nearly everything has sky-rocketed lately here.

And not just with defaulted, well-known initials like VP and AG. Folks are abbreviating nearly anything and everything. It's become very insular and it's hard to understand entire threads when they begin with abbreviations and no one uses the actual term anywhere along the line.
:wtf:

So how about: if you are tempted to use an abbreviation in a posting or a response please don't do so if you are the first person in that thread to use it.

Spell it out so we can all go for the ride. Yes? No?
