Wow! Some NC Republic Rep was on Dobbs now praising Conyers and the Dems
in Congress for doing more to seek justice than his party did when it was in power. Didn't catch his name. Did anyone else see this?

5. Yeah
His freedom fries thing was dumb, as he readily admits. He's more than made up for it with his strong criticism and denouncement of the war -- which actually has preceded many Democrats' criticism of the war.

7. Apparently, Jones' stupidity on gay issues, and other social topics, has lessened since 2005

I find lots of "protecting the sanctity of marriage" and "liberal bias on campus" quotes made by Jones prior to 2005, but nothing really since then. 2005 is when he made the total about-face on Bush and the war.
