Why isn't Bush on his way to a peace meeting with Iran?

They made 'arrangements' with Libya.
They are making 'arrangements' with N. Korea.
They met their quota for death, torture, and destruction in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Lebanon
Why can't there be 'arrangements' with Iran?

Why isn't the self-proclaimed Peace President sitting down arranging it?

Instead, they are probably talking bombing and playing video games on the return flight.

Eating a nice meal.

Do you think they had any fly-over of the prisons?
