it is a reminder
President Bush said Osama bin Laden's mention of the Iraq war in his video message is a reminder of al-Qaida's long-term objectives in Iraq and of the "dangerous world in which we live."

Reminds me that Bush has failed to catch 1 single person in 6 years despite having close ties to the persons family. Holy crap does he suck! Hey Bush thanks for wasting all that time, money and Iraqi and American lives in Iraq where Al-Qaida wasn't until you created them, instead of using it to punish Bin LAden and his Saudia Arabian money backers. Bush has gotten more Americans killed in Iraq than Bin Laden's managed to kill. Bush worst human ever.

1. They Need Bin Laden Cause We Don't Seem Scared Enough
lately. But you are correct, it isn't working. Either they are totally inept and allowed an aging, sickly, homeless man to escape our entire military or they are producing amateur videos themselves. On second thought, both are quite possible.
