Poll question: Clark Supporters: Does his endorsement of Hillary influence you?
or do endorsements really matter? Remember Gore endorsed Dean in '04

3. If it has to be Hillary
then I hope Clark gets the VP nom.

4. Where's the
"Yes, I no longer support Wes Clark" option?

Not a Clark "supporter" myself although I respect him, but based on responses on other threads, you'd get at least one or two votes for that option.

5. Other
It does influence me, but not reflected in your option. I think less of General Clark since this endorsement.

6. There could be a few anti-Hillary voters here that have never cared
for Clark in the first place. Just maybe.

7. He definately wants a cabinet job, maybe VP.
I wanted to see him get in the race, I was hoping Gore/Clark or Clark/Obama.

It will make it easier to vote for Clinton in Nov. if Clark is around.

13. that was my initial take, too
I don't know if he'll balance out the political calculus for Hillary's ticket, should she get the nom, but it can't hurt him to try.

Conversely, I do hope he doesn't get shut out of any other Democratic nominee's cabinet considerations because of the endorsement.

10. Clark supporter giving Hillary another look.
I've been leaning towards Obama, but I see positives and negatives with both our frontrunners.

I don't think any other candidate but Clinton or Obama has a chance to get the nomination...and Obama's chances have been getting slimmer.

I honestly don't know who I will vote for in the primary...keeping an open mind. I do think Clinton/Clark would be unbeatable, however. It's an enticing thought.

12. Of course not. DUers can't be wrong, and they can never change their opinion.
