No, Greenspan is innocent - Bad libruls are bashing another fine Patriot, just like Petraeus.

5. Isn't more of an SEC problem?
I see the problem as being the bundling of mortgages into a new securities type as a major cause of the problem. I understand that the SEC regulates securities and what can be traded, not the Federal Reserve.
Please enlighten me if I'm wrong.
