3. Today is the major lobbying day

for pro and anti war activists. The anti-war activisists are staging an "Occupation" of Congressional offices today. Maybe they either decided not to come to work or perhaps they are listening to their constituents for a change.

I wonder if it has to do with the subpoenas that were just issued. It could be an interesting day.
Congressmen just don't disappear from morning speech time unless something big is up.
