22. I saw him sip what appeared to be water, but then he kind of did

19. Please clarify. What do you think that he was trying to say?
"Saddam killed Mandela", then "Saddam killed all the Mandelas." What the hell? He must have been trying to say something, I mean, I doubt that he knows who "Mandela" is, so what was he trying to say?

with his earpiece was fading in and out. The uhmms and the tilting
of his head while he waited fo it to clear up.

I think he suffers from dementia and delusions of grandeur.

9. He gets weirdr every day. During his "speech" he looked like
he could barely contain his laughter as he spoke of saving us from dems in congress wanting to harm poor children. I think we may actually see a true news conference one day, when he fully doesn't care what anyone thinks anymore, and he fesses up and laughs at us all.
