Why do I suspect the bush administration somehow has their hands in this study?

1. I see this kind of report as designed to..
.. give insurance companies an excuse not to
cover the annual well-woman exam.

Gawd, it's only getting worse.. and it's already
very bad when it comes to healthcare and
insurance.

2. Even though people have insurance it may be the one time
they go see the doctor....what the hell? Now they are discouraging people from going to the doctor for a mamogram, pap, physical....the rates of breast cancer and ovarian cancer will go through the roof.

Unbelievable..

4. Yes, well goodness knows, I wouldn't want to squander all the money that's taken out my paychecks
for health insurance by actually doing something so frivolous as seeing a doctor once a year.

9. Oddly enough...
I haven't been to a doctor in over 3 years and just received a letter from my ins. co. (Blue Cross) lecturing me for not having an annual checkup. I was shocked to say the least. :D
