Just Because Someone Is Consistent In Their Views Doesn't Mean
their judgment is sound. We hear this over and over regarding John McCain all the time, the nonsensical he believes what he believes. We hear about *, 'well you gotta admire the way he stands by his beliefs'. Corker was just on MSNBC spouting the same type of line.

NEWSFLASH: We all believe what we believe. And people who insist on adhering to wrongheaded beliefs or stances are not to be admired. Stubborn, intransigent comes to mind when thinking about these people. And when war is concerned they become either stupid idiots or evil.

I really wish someone on one of these shows or in an interview would challenge the 'he believes what he believes nonsense'.

1. And weathervane McCain isn't even consistent. I heard Corker;
he's well named. He sure fell into the party line speedily. He didn't even make sense when discussing Webb's amendment and why he didn't vote for it. Also, I noticed Oct 08 was mentioned as a fine time for the troops, when all the numbers will balance out for them. Boy, if that's not transparent...

3. So Glad 10/08 Works For Them
Wonder if the troops feel the same satisfaction with that agenda?

2. Luckily
Senator McCain's own party doesn't take his message seriously, and so in a very real sense, the republicans have taken care of McCain's attempt to get the Popeye wing of party's vote.
