1. So far
both Obama and Clinton refuse to say they will be sure to have all US troops out in 4 years.

10. Richardson, Kucinich, and Biden all committed to "ALL OUT" before end of their 1st term..
All the others want to basically "redefine the mission"... hence keeping troops in Iraq.

11. None Can
When you buy a house, you never know what problems there are when you move into it. The big caveat for any and all who call for a withdrawl is that none of us really know what messes are lurking in that oval office. This regime has had 5 years to dig us into this mess real deep and you just can't get 150,000 troops on a plane tomorrow. It's not feasible and this type of retreat...dare I say, I fear we're gonna have to shoot our way out as things continue to deteriorate. There are no peacekeepers who will come in to spell us and, in addition to the troops, there are thousands of diplomats, support staff and (shudder) mercenaries who will be trying to get out as well.

The sticky wicket is where does one draw the line between a withdrawl and a full-fledged retreat.
