They are, in my opinion a waste of time and energy.

There are a lot more important things to discuss.

Having his name brought up in the Senate was worth a lot of money to Rush. And it is money which is Rush's driving force.

limbaugh is a sad, pathetic, friendless human being with no need for money but you are right he'll keep grubbing and keep fighting for more tax cuts for him and his kind.

Although I do find some value in shedding the light on cockroaches like Media Matters does and damn do they piss the roaches off.

it would be a more sober world with less material for satire. I just went through clips of all Olberman's tirades on O'Reilly last night -- those in particular would really be missed.

6. Look I can't argue with the fact that there are much more important

things to discuss other then Rush, Ann and Billo. However, I at least get some enjoyment out of those discussions. With Blackwater, Burma, Iraq, Iran, Police, Tasers, etc, etc, it's nice once in awhile to participate in a discussion that all DU'ers can agree on and that doesn't have an issue where lives are in the balance. If all you do is look at the bad shit then you will go insane.
