Dana Perino is the WORST LIAR in terms of technique

whom I've ever seen.

Her denials are so filled with quavering, quaking, hesitations, and contradictions that you wouldn't accept this from a 4 year old and tell him/her to get it together and stop being so embarrassingly bad. If you're gonna lie, at least get it somewhat 'right'.

"Buffy the Truth Slayer" is right.

8. McClellan actually tried to avoid lying. He didn't mind spin or obfuscation.

He quit because he was lied to about the Plame affair.

10. Yeah, that's why I put him at the top of the list.

You could tell when he was forcing himself to say things that he did not at all believe, and when he was dancing around to avoid saying things he didn't believe.
