Dobson states 'I don’t believe that Giuliani can beat Hillary in the first place,” he said. Giuliani has a bad track record, said Dobson. “I’ve lived my life on principle… now is not the time to bail out in the hope that somebody will be better than we think he’ll be.'

Now I don't believe Dobson would know what principle was if it bit him on his pasty flabby ass. However when he says, 'now is not the time to bail out in the hope that somebody will be better than we think he’ll be' he has Democrats beat. How many Democrats voted with Bush, hoping he would be better than they know him to be? How many Democrats are still voting with Bush, hoping against hope that this time he'll be guided by compassion and what is good for the common man and not his base? Hell, Pelosi says she is praying for bush, hoping he will be better than all of us know him to be. In this instance, as much as I hate to say it, Dobson may have more principle that our current gutless, spineless Democrats.
