I think the way our government structures are set up is pretty effective most of the time, in most ways. Where it broke down was in the "election" of 2000. I think that led to a series of malfunctions and malfeasance in the way things are supposed to work and balance out that we've never quite recovered from. The people who sued their way into the White House that year undermined and subverted key foundations of government, screwing up the works...

such a blatant disgusting manipulation of the supreme court.. ...the secondary shock during that event..was the number of sheep who didnt even understand the consequences of what they were doing to all that we hold sacred as a nation..voting, democracy and justice...yep...BYE Bye Miss Anerican Pie...right on national tv...with a lot of people supporting the bad guys...good decent koolaid drinking all americans......stealing the 2000 election with the aid of the supreme court shocked the shit out of many of us...invading Iraq...and then stealing a second election under our noses again...yep...shock is the game....i remember after the 2004 election...i was leveled...absofuckinglutely leveled...physically emotionally intuitively exhausted with disbelief...
