Gore is the winner. My only wish is that bush gets a 7 X10 ft cell.

16. Awww - that is sweet. Even the wording about the 2000 election is well-chosen.
"THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE for PRESIDENT of THE UNITED STATES in 2000" -- not the Supreme Court's choice, but the people's choice -- the popular vote & the electoral college vote had SCOTUS not interfered.

5. yes, a millstone it is
And Al Gore has proven all of those who think having that millstone around your neck is the only way to make positive change in the world wrong. I love that man. Good cartoon.

11. I doubt he considers the Nobel Peace Prize a 'millstone'. There are
others, however, who might not like all the attention he's getting.

13. I am interpreting the millstone around *'s neck as being one of his own creation -
Being President doesn't have to be akin to carrying a millstone - not if the people rise up to work with you and demand that Congress do the same. It's time for a new "New Deal" that benefits the earth and the people and the animals - not entrenched corporate powers - and I'd love to see Al Gore at the head of the table.

18. The only problem is that Bush got just about everything he wanted.
I wouldn't call that a millstone. Sure, to people with conscience it seems like a bad legacy, but Dear Leader's priorities aren't the same as the public at large. He'll walk away Scott free with the biggest con job in history.

21. After he leaves office we will be calling for war crime charges be filed
against him. So if he feels smug now, he won't. It is up to us to call for the bush junta to be charged with crimes against humaity.
