Blackwater Treason

Why are Blackwater employees allowed to hold our soldiers at gunpoint without being dragged back here to America and subjected to high-profile treason charges? Blackwater does it and the story gets buried and ignored--like it's a non-issue. If this act had been committed by some non-Blackwater American citizen (like, say, John Walker Lindh?), the media would be running 24/7 shock footage of the incident, and the whole Jesusland bloc would be screaming for the traitor's blood.
