9. I supprt term limits for all judges

I support 12 year term limits for all judges, and I also support a Constitutional amendment that would require 2/3 vote of the Senate to confirm justices. This would keep off the Slappys and Scalias in favor of moderates.

5. Someone should start a Worst Leader in History and allow a panel,

not the Supreme Court, to take all of history so far, set up a criteria, and name 25 as of January 1 2008. Then, the panel can add one each year - unless they haven't had any that would qualify that year. Let's see where George makes the list.

We didn't foresee this because we have all spent the last seven years in a state of perpetual anxiety. Al's message of hope and action seems to pervade all of his work, and we recognize that as genuine.

I think, however, that the presidency would be horsetackle on this hard-working man. He has accomplished so much more without
the Office.
