This country is a complex bollixed up place
and there aren't any simple solutions. None of it's simple. And if you think it is, you're just not using your powers of observation.

Impeachment isn't simple.

Dealing with the ever advancing power of corporations isn't simple.

Trade isn't simple.

Instituting single payer health care isn't simple.

None of it is simple. That doesn't mean that things shouldn't be tackled. It just means that viewing such things as simple, misses the mark.

2. If it were simple there would be no issue
and no one would be posting about it because it would already be DONE!

4. Then why are people here posting about
how simple impeachment is, or how simple it really is to end the war, or how if Kucinich wer elected there'd be single payer health care?

6. Idealists believing that their elected representatives would
REPRESENT their constituents? There are no easy answers. This country will be shaken to to its core before this anti-democratic evil is expunged.

7. Speaking only for myself, my elected reps DO represent
me. Do I agree with them 100% of the time? Why no I don't, but I doubt I'm the only one here who likes the job their reps are doing.

9. Nice switch from what, may I ask?
You might try communicating in a clear, rather than muddled, fashion.

12. Oh common Cali, I understand your beef with the Op but this is getting ridiculous on your part now
she is not hurting anyone at all with her posts, granted sometimes I feel she is attempting to put fear out there which I don't like but then again I'm not sure that is her intent, I think it is more along the lines of attempting to get the people angry enough to stop this assault on our country's democracy.

Many know nothing is easy, but with innocent people dying each and every day we allow them to ignore the very real need for impeaching and the very fact that their is more than enough evidence to find them guilty we have a "duty" to those people who have died and those that could very well die in the next moment to find some way to ease the power hold they now have on doing whatever it is they so desire.

If you recall when they did it to Clinton it took allot of time and energy away from the job he was assigned to do, if nothing else beginning impeachment proceedings might help to lessen the stronghold they now possess.

Anyone worrying about the cost of said venture would do themselves a favor to recognize the millions of dollars now being WASTED by this administration daily, if they cannot understand nor recognize all the cuts they have amassed which have helped American citizens in the past simply so they can continue to wage this illegal war than really who cares at this point, by ignoring the outright theft of out country's coffers they are essence nothing more than part of the problem and should be ignored.

There is absolutely NO excuse to keep impeachment off the table, it is downright criminal to continue to ignore the crimes this administration is guilty of and by doing so they are sending a message that crime pays and justice and accountability is only something the poor of this land will be made to face.

What kind of message does ignoring this send not only to those around the world but to our future generation, the very ones we in our old age must count on.

Its obvious you don't like Nataline so ignore her, there are plenty of other posters who need to be highlighted on stupidity. I can't believe how many threads that had begun with questionable intent actually got hits?

We should start ignoring those threads that are obvious flame baiting and yet for some reason its hard for some to do...they are the ones that really bother me personally.

I didn't get on any of those threads about Randy because I didn't know enough, glad I didn't but I can understand why some immediately believed her attacked by right wingers, if you think about it, it isn't so far fetched considering the hate spewed daily against anything liberal by the likes of faux news and all its cohorts who actually have called for violence against Liberals...

Common Cali, your very intelligent and I value your input but your vendetta is lacking against this person in that area so please try and refrain from entering her posts if you can and give us your wisdom where it could help.

13. Look, this isn't even about a beef with any specific
person. It's about a pervasive way of thinking that I disagree with profoundly. There are constant posts about impeachment that have all the weight of a Nike commercial.

As for your comment about Clinton, you might wish to recall that he BOMBED countries while he was being impeached. How would bush react? Hard to know, isn't it?

And you seem to have missed my dozens and dozens of posts in SUPPORT of impeachment. I however, have no illusions about it being successful. I believe it needs to be done, in essence, for posterity.

Look, I appreciate the thought, but you're wrong. Do I like Nadin's pov? No. Do I think it should be challenged? Yep. Is that a vendetta? Nope.

And thought I know you mean well, I'd appreciate it, if you stopped chiding me thread after thread. Really, please don't. It makes no difference to me.

14. Well okay but I still think that your challenges could be served in a different
arena, and it does look like a vendetta, but I did have honest intentions because I like seeing your posts putting out facts but when it gets nasty, I guess I begin to wonder why.

But I will do what you ask and quit chiding you, your no child and need not be monitored as one but remember this, neither is nadine.

5. F**ked eight ways from Sunday, it is......
Correcting it is going to require some major (and painful) sacrificing and a whole lot of will and determination.

11. Nope, not simple, and
damn near impossible to stop. Sometimes, I just stand back and watch the whirlwind of insane events and can't believe my truthful eyes.

Life is complex, and insane at times. Think of the worker that really drives you nuts at work. There are thousands, if not millions, of people just like that working in the US government today.

Welcome to the 21st century.

The groundwork has been taking place for a very long time.
