Bizarre weather
Horrible fires in California and right now we are getting heavy rains and floods in South Louisiana and South Mississippi. Wish we could send these rains west to put out the fires and east to assist with the drought. We have had very accomodating weather so far this year.

3. Did a cold front go through, BOSS? It has here; about 60, cold,
and rainy. But the windows are finally open! :bounce:

5. I watched the noon news
and we will be getting that cool weather by wednesday. It has rained all morning and our ground is saturated with minor flooding on side roads. I look forward to the "beautiful" weather promised to us in 48 hours.

And heavy rain tonight (Monday). I hope it moves on through and gets to Georgia ... they could sure use the water.

10. I'm watching the weather map
and the big old blob that has been pouring on us for the past four hours is heading your way Bake and it looks like there is a lot more for us to come today. There's also a big old blob heading your way from the west. It would be sweet if it just meandered over to Georgia and drizzled for about 48 hours.

6. Send that rain on east to Georgia.
Weirdest map I've seen in a long time: a weather map last week of the FlLorida panhandle showing counties with massive flooding surrounded by counties facing wild fires!

BTW - I wearing shorts today - in Central New York

7. I wish I could My Friend
We certainly could have spared about 90% of what we have gotten so far and the forecast calls for more rain through the rest of the day. The beautiful weather for wednesday.

I'm in shorts year round. I have one suit for funerals and weddings, other then that I'm in shorts.

8. same here
I'm in New England and it's about 80 degrees today. I have yet to turn my heat on even once this season and my flower boxes still have healthy, blooming summer flowers in them.

As much as I like not burning the oil, this is not natural. Not natural at all.
