4. As long as Schumer is DSCC's chair, not one red cent from me to the DSCC
I'll donate directly to Rick Noriega as well. Who the fuck needs the DSCC, anyway, if it's chairman is gonna shaft Americans the way he did today?

5. Add the DCCC.
If you Work for a Living, donations to the DSCC and DCCC will be used against you.

"There are forces within the Democratic Party who want us to sound like kinder, gentler Republicans. I want us to compete for that great mass of voters that want a party that will stand up for working Americans, family farmers, and people who haven't felt the benefits of the economic upturn."---Paul Wellstone

6. A DSCC fundraiser called this week
I told her we'd put the Dems in power for one reason -- to end the Iraq war -- and they hadn't done a single thing about it. I told her I was tired of headlines that begin "Democrats Cave In to Bush Demands..." She told me about getting an increase in the minimum wage, and I told her it still wasn't a living wage, and that's not what we put them in power to do. She told me about reducing the student loan rates and I asked about reinstituting habeus corpus. When she pulled the "we've got to be ready in the primaries" schtick I told her that every month the Democrats kept us in Iraq another 100 to 120 American soldiers died, and several hundred Iraqi civilians were killed. I told her that Bush has a 24% rating, has admitted to violating federal law, and is destroying the Constitution -- and she told me about raising the minimum wage (again).

Needless to say, she didn't get a penny.
