Bush Vetoes Water Resources and Development Act
http://arkansasmatters.com/content/fulltext/?cid=61675

President Bush vetoes a Water Resources and Development Act, denying millions of dollars to Arkansas water projects.
Among those projects includes work at the Little Rock Port and several Arkansas river basins.

Arkansas Senator Mark Pryor released this statement.

"I am very disappointed that the president has refused to fund critical projects that protect lives, improve infrastructure, and create economic opportunities in Arkansas... I hope Congress overrides this veto."

President Bush says the act spends too much money and the projects don't provide enough return on the investment.

2. bush wants a water shortage
because it's another way for him and his criminal friends to make money off of those who need the water. Just like the oil shortages.
