Time for another "Sense of the Senate" Resolution:

Resolved: Waterboarding is torture, has always been torture, and will always be torture...and anyone who has used waterboarding as an interrogation method on the behalf of the government, ordered such waterboarding, or was in the position to stop such waterboarding and did not do it, has broken US law against torture and should be punished accordingly.

And, shame on DiFi and Schumer for turning their heads the other way. When push comes to shove, the pure cowardice shines through.

Since regardless of what bush and company say, water boarding is torture. So if there is a World Court, which took care of the Nazi's after WWII, Arrested and jailed the PM or president or whatever, of Bosnia, how come they are not doing anything about bush and cheney. I don't understand. Why don't they file charges. I am sure 80% of the country would approve. Excluding congress that is.

2. The World Court doesn't handle war crimes.

That's done by the International Criminal Court, which the US doesn't recognize.

Nazi war crimes were handled by the Nuremberg Trials.
