Dancing With The Stars Judge Insults The President
<snip>

"On the official Dancing with the Stars message board, the hottest topic of discussion has nothing to do with who was the best or worst dancer during the top six couples performance show. No, the big debate among Dancing with the Stars fans revolves around a comment made by one of the Dancing with the Stars judges.

After Helio Castroneves & Julianne Hough danced the Samba, judge Len Goodman said “Just because you come from Brazil doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to be good at the Samba. In the same way, just because you come from Texas doesn’t mean to say you’re going to be a good President.” Host Tom Bergeron reacted by yelling out “Hello,” while professional dancer Julianne Hough gasped in surprise and put her hand over her mouth.

As the crowd erupted in what sounded like a mixture of laughter, applause, and gasps, Goodman said “It was a joke.” Fellow judge Carrie Ann Inaba put her hands over the top of her head, while fellow judge Bruno Tonioli cracked “There goes the visa.” Goodman continued, “It was a joke, you can’t say any jokes over here without people going…”

Even though Goodman didn’t complete his sentence and switched back to giving feedback to the dancers, he was likely going to say something along the lines of “without people going crazy.” If Goodman were to take a glance at the Dancing with the Stars message board, then he would see that is exactly what has happened."

1. My wife was watching the show and she said one of the judges answered that
only 34% of the people would be mad.

3. I doubt he will suffer as the Dixie Chicks did cause
72% of Americans feel the same way. Yes, the msm sold the idea that bush did not need to be the smartest one in the room to be president, and look at what we have now. ONE BIG CLUSTERFUCK. I say hurray to Goodman for saying it.

5. I couldn't resist posting my 2 cents worth on their
message board. It reads like this:

I don't typically watch Dancing With The Stars, but I am sorry I missed the episode in which judge Len Goodman spoke up about the disastrous presidency of George W. Bush. I have no problem at all with Goodman's comment. In fact, I am totally in agreement with him. I wish more people would speak out at any and every opportunity. Bush is a terrible president, the worst in this nation's history. Thank you, Mr. Goodman, for speaking up.

7. We had a good one murdered in Texas, but I think
anything beyond that is at least debatable.

Jesus, from reading some of the replies to this thread it's no wonder that this country is on the brink of ruin. Perhaps if some of you would spend as much time reading something (besides rw propaganda) as you do watching mindless television shows we might not be in this predicament.

1) bush* was never elected, he was installed by the Supreme Court. Remember?

2) Saddam had nothing to do with 911, it was bush's buddies from Saudi Arabia. Ringing any bells yet?

3) There was a series of treasonous acts committed by this criminal administration that took us to war in Iraq. If your brain doesn't register #1&2 then I doubt you have any ability to interpret those events.

4) The bush* administration has misused, neglected, and abused our military in the most revolting ways imaginable. bush* himself went AWOL from the National Guard when he got himself arrested for cocaine possession.

5) The only thing bush* is protecting is the $$ he and his buddies have pillaged from our treasury and from Iraq. Our freedom & liberties come from the Constitution & the rule of law--both of which bush* has systematically destroyed. Idiots.

6) How dare any of you spew your idiocy using the military as your cover (my cousin, brother...whatever). The military is a reflection of the US--1/2 rethuglican, 1/2 democratic. Many republican members who are serving over there have figured out that they have been sent on a fool's mission and are being used as fodder. I served, so did my husband--I don't need to rely on my family's service to pose as a patriot as some of you have done. Sign the f up chicken hawks!

25. My husband and I gasped in delight
I couldn't believe he had the balls to say that. Funny thing is, no one seemed to get pissed. Many audience members (including the ones in view behind Len) were clapping and yelling in agreement. Julianne and Helio were like "Oh my GOD!" - but still smiling. And then Tom Bergeron made the "well, at least you only pissed off 33% of the public" crack, which was ALSO kind of funny.

I thought it was hilarious and well-placed. Good for him. We all know how Brits view Bush, anyway - and it is not good.

Go Len!!
