Who Should I Waste My Primary Vote On?
I KNOW that Hillary is going to be "Given" the nomination.

I KNOW that Hillary is probably going to be "Given" the Presidency. Although, you never know for sure.

So, since my 1st Choice, Al Gore, is not running, I guess I have 3 choices on who to WASTE my CA primary vote on.

1. Al Gore - Write his name in anyways.

2. John Edwards - Slight chance, but still pretty much a longshot.

3. Dennis Kucinich - Not a chance in hell, but aside from perhaps Edwards, the most genuine candidate running.

Anyways, I figure that much like the last few elections, my vote is a complete waste of time. Since I'm probably not voting next November, since I cannot support a continuance of the MONARCHY, formerly known as our presidency, I just want to feel I made the best choice in the primary.

3. Dean Was Not A Sure Thing
He was a time bomb, that the Corporate WHORE Media was waiting to explode. When he did, they were all over him.

This is different. The media WANT another Clinton as the nominee. THEN, they'll start to tear her apart as well, and make for a close race with the repub nominee.

That's exactly what they want. A horserace. And someone they can dig up dirt on, which I'm sure they're holding lots on Hillary in reserve, until the time is right.

4. Nobody is given shit.
Hillary will only win the nomination if more folks vote for her than do for the other nominees. Bullshit cynicism which encourages people to stay home on election day only maintains the power structure in it's current form.

5. Nobody Is Given Shit?????
Where the fuck have you been the last 2 elections?

The Supreme Court GAVE * the presidency in '00.

The Voting Machines GAVE * the presidency in '04.

If you think that they don't want to GIVE Clinton the nomination in '08, I've got a bridge to sell you.

I'd love to be wrong, but I just don't see how there are any heroes left to take it away from her.

Obama? Edwards? Kucinich? Sure, I'd like to be surprised, but don't see anything that will help, short of her having a meltdown. H.C. is not going to have a Dean like meltdown.

She has been promised this by the powers that be. Probably from before 2000. I have no doubt that is how this will play out.

But I still hope I'm completely mistaken.

7. That's reminiscient of that old Vince Lomdardi pep talk.
"We have no chance of winning, boys. So let's hit the field and get our fucking asses kicked!"

And if you have anything remotely resembling evidence that Sen. Clinton is going to steal the fucking primary, post it.

10. Evidence?
She doesn't have to steal anything. She's being "given" it.

And I don't have any evidence that * Stole the '00 election, or that he Stole the '04 election. I guess that means he didn't.

That would truly be a waste.

13. According to the Weekly World News...she had an affair with the space alien, P'lod -
who endorsed Bubba, then W.

How sneaky can you get? Having an affair with a space alien for his endorsement. Now that the WWN is out of business, I don't know how we'll know who the space alien endorses.

9. Why even ask the question?
You know they will never allow an election in 2008. There is no chance of any kind of an election. There will be another terrorist attack, and martial law will be declared, and we will all be seized ant taken away to the gas chambers.

14. Sounds like you already know the choice.
The same man I'll be voting for. And it won't be a complete waste of time, at least not for me. It will be the most meaningful vote I've ever cast.

15. A primary vote is Never wasted. Ever.
There's no downside to voting for someone other than the "frontrunner" or "favorite" as there is in the General Election, when a write-in or 3rd party vote could "throw" an election to the Republicans.

Make your best choice for the candidate that supports your views most closely, whoever that is. You'll sleep better, and if enough people do that, there's a chance the party will listen in the General, and in future. :)

Hell, if enough people voted their conscience and enlightened self-interest instead of "getting on the bandwagon", we'd wind up with entirely different nominees! :D

 I cannot and will not be responsible for how others vote. That way there be a pit of demons.

17. A primary vote is the one vote that is *never* a waste.
A general election vote is a necessary compromise. A primary vote sends a message to your Party about who you really support.

At least give us some bones to pick through by the time it rolls around to Ohio.
