I was disappointed when I went to vote today in my precinct in Virginia Beach, not one Dem on the ballot, I actually walked out and did not cast a vote. :-(

7. I scanned all the races .... quite a few unopposed Repubs
But also a few unopposed Dems.

8. I was most interested in the delegate races

4. There's actually a serious chance the Dems could get control of the Senate
Not easy, but possible. Also possible for the House to flip. More likely, just strong Dem gains.

with 37 of 42 precincts reporting -- 88.09% of the vote -- it's 51% Dem and 48% repug. I think she's outta there.

... campaign manager in past elections, and had a big role in this one, too.

They actually had delusions that he'd run for the Senate, and she'd take his House seat.

21. they are having a problem getting fairfax county vote results
The results so far only reflect portions of Fairfax City as I understand it. Nothing from the County (which is the larger part of the district) yet.
